In my presentation for the Lead With Tempo conference, I walked my fellow content design leaders through the steps they could take to get started with AI writing tools at their companies.

I drew on my experience of helping to integrate WriterAI into the content design workflows at Pinterest and Twitter. My goal was to cut through the hype of AI, highlighting practical ways it could be used as a tool to help with repeatable copy strings and style guide and terminology governance.

People enjoyed this presentation so much that I was asked to present this talk at the Button conference later that year, making it my second time presenting at Button.

While working at Twitter, I partnered with my manager to create a Trust & Safety framework that encompassed our voice and tone, principles, sociological frameworks and more so we could write at scale and have a resource for our cross-functional partners to use.

Our work was so impactful that my manager and I were invited to speak at the Button conference about how we put this framework together.
