I was in charge of content at Joany (formerly Impact Health), a VC-backed healthtech company based in Los Angeles. During my time there I launched their blog from scratch. Below is a summary of my work at Joany:
Building the company blog from the ground up, determining the direction, voice, tone, content calendar, and layout. Creating graphics and writing and editing all of the content.
Conducting user research, audience analysis, competitive research, content modeling, and content and visual workflows.
Leading the marketing team, finding innovative ways to reach audience segments with targeted content. Defining Joany’s brand voice across various types of content.
Writing and editing brand emails, press releases, and website content, and print material content.
Working cross-functionally with the engineering, design, and support teams.
